Field Technician
Requirements:
Must have minimum of 1 year audiovisual or construction related experience.
Must be knowledgeable of CAT6 RG6 cabling and termination
Knowledge of receivers, projectors, smart TVs, in-wall/ceiling speakers
Knowledge of networking and or audio/video rack building
Basic knowledge of how a home network functions
Must have clean background and driving record.
Knowledge of how to use basic hand tools and cordless drills
Tasks include:
Routing wire through walls, crawlspaces, attics, and conduit
Mounting speakers, cameras, access points, flat panel TVs, projectors and motorized screens
Configuring equipment such as receivers, network equipment, alarm panels
System installation review with project engineer
Site cleanup, testing of systems, customer orientations
Growth opportunity. Next levels include systems design and programming positions. Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20 - $40 hr. based on experience
Experience:
Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
audiovisual installation: 1 year (Preferred)
License: Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Work authorization: United States (Required)
Work Location: San Francisco Bay area
Pay Frequency: bi-weekly
